As a Sample Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for the sample registration process in our laboratory in Assen.

**Responsibilities:**

- Sample receipt, control, and administrative registration

- Sample issuance and inventory management

- Maintenance of freezers and sample storage areas

- Goods receipt and administrative processing

- Chemical inventory and warehouse management

- Reference substance management and issuance

- Order processing

**Requirements:**

- Completed education at MBO level 3 or 4 (e.g., MLO/Laboratory Technology, Logistics, or Administration)

- Availability of 32-40 hours per week

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Fluent in Dutch

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Access
