## Description

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Gaming Player Marketing to lead the identification, evaluation, and recruitment of professional gamers and esports athletes across various gaming organisations and content creation platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

### Player Marketing & Management

- Leading the identification, evaluation, and recruitment of players across professional gaming, esports organisations, and content creation

- Negotiating agreements covering performance expectations, content and social media commitments, compensation, branding rights, and schedules

- Onboarding new gaming and esports athletes, providing brand, product, and communications training, and setting performance goals

- Managing day-to-day communication and relationships with players and their teams

- Monitoring player performance and providing feedback and guidance for improvement

- Driving innovative player project ideas and giving players the freedom to bring their ideas to life

- Staying up-to-date on global and local gaming trends, titles, teams, and stakeholders to shape comprehensive marketing strategies

- Serving as a primary link between the gaming program and stakeholders

### Project Management

- Leading the strategic development and execution of high-impact player gaming projects and events

- Managing end-to-end project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resourcing across player initiatives

- Translating player ideas into strategic Red Bull projects

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align gaming content objectives and explore new content opportunities

- Supporting regional player project activation strategy and execution

- Identifying and activating cross-functional opportunities for players

- Managing external partners and internal resources supporting the player program

The base salary range for this position is $85,600 - $128,400 + cash incentives.
