Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 18:00 to 22:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
