## Description

As a Care Assistant at Ardenlea Grove Care Home in Solihull, you'll provide person-centred care to support residents' independence and honour their choices. You'll work as part of a team to deliver high standards of care, ensuring residents live a life they love.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support residents with varying requirements, from companionship to personal care

- Observe and manage residents' behaviour, documenting and reporting changes as needed

- Assist with nutrition and hydration, encouraging residents to eat and drink according to their care plans

- Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities

- Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements

**What We're Looking For:**

- Motivation, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills

- Great communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification is desirable
