## Description

The Key Account Specialist is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and tracking of Red Bull's sales strategy across assigned Retail and eCommerce accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing productive long-term relationships with customers to reach and exceed sales targets

- Acting as the main contact for customers and delivering monthly trade sales volume based on LRE (last revised estimate)

- Implementing account sales strategies, preparing volume forecasts and plans, and driving customer engagement

- Regular store checks to acquire information on execution and market information

- Managing trade spend budget for assigned accounts and ensuring utilisation in line with Red Bull guidelines

- Training field sales and merchandiser forces to sell targeted volume and ensure in-store execution excellence

- Working with and managing distribution partners to deliver on account KPIs

The ideal candidate has:

- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in managing either hypermarkets, supermarkets, or key eCommerce platforms

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong planning and negotiation skills with a sound understanding of financial bottom-line implications of sales and marketing decisions

- Analytical skills and the ability to analyse sales and customer data

- Negotiation skills and successful front-line retail negotiation experience

The role requires a creative, analytical, and challenging personality, oriented towards actions, who is able to build strong strategic customer relationships and collaborate within the company cross-functionally and internationally.
