As an Assistant Manager - Activation and Productivity (Activation Officer), you will present key strategies to improve profitability and market share by enhancing the activation of rookie agents.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Evaluating, monitoring, and measuring agent activation, case count, and case productivity

- Implementing company objectives through training, client forums, and reactivation programs

- Promoting agents' productivity through collaboration with agency leaders and sales directors

- Providing timely data and feedback to sales directors and agency leaders

- Developing programs to increase the number of core agents

- Supporting agent training and segment marketing teams

- Managing budgets for activation and productivity

- Conducting boot camps and advanced courses for agents

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

- A college degree in any course, preferably Behavioral Science or Management

- Effective presentation and facilitation skills

- Good interpersonal and leadership skills

- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino

- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- A license in traditional life insurance and/or UL products

- At least 5 years of life insurance training experience
