## Description

We are looking for a Trainer Dermocosmetics BeLux to play a key role in strengthening the expertise of the MediMarket team.

As a Trainer Dermocosmetics BeLux, you will provide training to the MediMarket team in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

- Provide training to the MediMarket team within Belgium and Luxembourg

- Coach employees on product knowledge and commercial skills

- Enhance knowledge of the assortment so that employees can advise customers even better

- Motivate and enthuse teams to continuously develop their expertise

- Plan and organize your own agenda and visit an average of three locations per day

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align training with field needs

Requirements:

- You are perfectly bilingual Dutch and French

- You have a strong affinity with the dermocosmetic world

- You have strong didactic skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge

- You feel comfortable in front of groups and have excellent presentation skills

- You can convince, inspire and take people along in your story

- You are well organized and can manage your own planning

- You are service-oriented and have a customer-focused mindset

- You are creative and think along about innovative training initiatives

- You work proactively, autonomously and take initiative

- You are energetic, strongly communicative and socially skilled

- You are a real team player who works smoothly with different conversation partners
