## Description

We are seeking a Food Service Team Member to join our team at Primary Children's at Lehi.

As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food and guest services to our patients and visitors.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver and present trays to patients using our standard process

- Prepare food according to system standards, including assembling ingredients for salads, sandwiches, vegetables, and fruit

- Follow standardised practices for Nutrition Services, including meal delivery and maintaining required stock levels

- Perform housekeeping functions, including cleaning and sanitising surfaces, floor care, and equipment maintenance

- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and resolve basic customer service issues independently

**Requirements:**

- Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification is required by the first day of work (required only in Utah and Idaho)

- Demonstrated ability to work with modified diets (preferred)

- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service (preferred)

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ongoing need to see and read information, labels, and monitors

- Frequent interactions with customers that require communication and understanding of spoken information

- Manual dexterity to manipulate complex equipment with precision and accuracy

- Ability to lift and transport equipment, and work on hands and knees

- Remain standing for long periods and tolerate extremes in temperature

**Schedule:**

- 24 hours per week, part-time benefits

- Sunday and Monday: 2pm - 8:30pm

- Thursday and Friday: 7am - 1:30pm

**Compensation:**

- $17.68 - $22.99 per hour, depending on experience
