## Description

We are seeking a Project & Change Lead to support the transformation of the Private Bank in Germany. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing the transformation portfolio.

**About the Role** The Project & Change Lead will be responsible for supporting the status reporting of strategic transformation and digitalization initiatives, ensuring transparency for management and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support central reporting of strategic transformation and digitalization initiatives

- Manage benefit management of initiatives, monitor target achievement, and continuously develop control mechanisms

- Create and maintain the overarching program and implementation roadmap, as well as associated management reporting

- Support planning and steering of milestones, objectives, and key results (OKRs)

- Provide transparency on progress and dependencies, and manage escalations in case of deviations

- Support governance and decision-making bodies through the creation of management documents, analyses, and decision templates

- Coordinate requirements in the IT demand portfolio and support alignment between business and IT stakeholders

**Requirements:**

- University degree (e.g., in business engineering) or comparable qualification

- Proven track record of successful implementation of complex programs/portfolios

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge of project management and project controlling methods

- Experience with storytelling, C-level management accounting, and PowerPoint

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and respond to ad-hoc challenges

- Fluent German and English language skills

- Experience with AI tools to increase productivity, optimize processes, and solve business problems
