## Description

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a Data Development Coordinator to join their Aftersales team in Szentendre.

The role involves providing superior and competency-based services in data management, including dashboard operation and data analytics, with a focus on user-centricity and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and automate processes

- Create reports and workflows

- Develop data models and dashboards

- Migrate data

- Maintain dashboard dataflow from different sources

- Collect and prepare data, and develop ad-hoc queries, reports, charts, and graphs

- Automate report generation processes

- Provide automated data flow support and digital transformation assistance

- Manage system access permissions

- Support volume tracking and program evaluation

- Drive process improvements and enhance market engagement and satisfaction

Requirements:

- College/University Degree

- 2-3 years of work experience

- Problem-solving skills

- Project management experience (IT project experience preferred)

- Strong business acumen and commitment to quality

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Time and priority management skills

- Customer-focused mindset

- High level of English (written and spoken)

- Solid understanding of SQL

- Advanced MS Excel

- Basic knowledge of Power BI (or other data visualization tools)

- Working knowledge of AI tools

- Data Management
