## Description

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering personalised, bespoke guidance and advice to a broad customer base of real estate agents.

You will develop deep customer relationships, promote long-term retention and loyalty, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

- Account advocacy and relationship management

- Data and insight delivery

- Training and engagement

- Administration and hygiene

You will need to be customer-obsessed, data-driven, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
