As the face of our Exeter store, you'll provide a fun, engaging shopping experience for customers, using your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations and perform product demonstrations.

You'll work closely with your team to drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming store environment

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised recommendations

- Delivering exceptional customer service using in-depth product knowledge

- Assisting in hosting in-store events

- Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor

- Supporting sales targets by promoting products creatively

- Managing stock levels efficiently

- Participating in ongoing training and development
