## Description

The Brand & Experiences Regional Marketing Manager, Rest of Asia (ROA) is responsible for leading digital, media, brand, and experiences/events across multiple markets in the Rest of Asia region.

This role oversees both digital & brand communications, including owned digital channels, paid media campaigns, branded content, public relations, and customer communications, ensuring consistent and effective execution across markets, working closely with country marketing managers.

Regional events & brand experiences, including flagship regional events: consumer activations, annual conferences/awards nights and regional customer incentive trips including concept development, agenda planning, stakeholder alignment, execution and follow-up.

Digital & brand communications: Acting as the primary regional liaison between global brand teams and local country marketing teams, this role is accountable for localizing and cascading global campaigns in a timely and market-relevant manner.

The role also serves as the region-level lead for creative and media agencies, sharing ownership of brand campaign execution with country marketing managers while ensuring strong governance, performance tracking, and ROI focus.

Regional events & brand experiences: Lead regional brand experiences and events, including consumer activations, annual conferences, customer incentive trips, and major sponsorship activations, ensuring high-quality execution and strong business impact.

Successfully deliver key regional events, manage event agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver seamless execution within budget and timelines.

As a newly created position, the role plays a key part in driving a more consistent, performance-driven approach to digital and experiential events across the region, with a clear focus on strengthening brand awareness and customer preference.

This is a full-time role based in Bangkok, with a hybrid working model (2 days work from home).

The position currently has one direct report and reports directly to the Regional Marketing Director.
