## Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Soho House Rome.

You’ll have at least 3 years of experience in busy, high-profile hotel operations and a natural flair for first-class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly, and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

### Responsibilities

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead the housekeeping team ensuring they comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol within the rooms and public areas.

Main duties include:

- Assigning Housekeeping Attendants sections and preparing daily work sheets;

- Supporting the completion of all annual and mid-year team performance reviews;

- Assisting in the selection process for new team members when necessary;

- Supervising daily Housekeeping shift operations and ensuring compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures;

- Being “hands-on” and servicing rooms or public areas and covering the evening housekeeper shift as required;

- Checking accommodation and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness is of the required standard;

- Ensuring the department has proper supplies, equipment, and uniform;

- Acting as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office, and Laundry;

- Training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees;

- Regularly inspecting all fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure they are of the required standard and recommending any actions to be taken.

### What we are looking for...

- Up to 3-5 years’ experience in housekeeping;

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external);

- Strong attention to detail;

- Excellent customer service;

- Fluent in English;

- Organised and reliable;

- Ability to work and maximise relationships within a diverse team.
