As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of daily tasks and enhancements to current workflows in line with HRSS KPI requirements. **Essential Functions** - Serve as a key member responsible for Manila Hub TA processes and tasks, taking ownership of daily delivery and enhancements to current workflows in line with HRSS KPI requirements. - Coordinate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, including weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and update KPI tracking procedures as needed. - Coordinate global and regional data audit processes, including issue identification, reporting, user communication, and remedial training. - Serve as a process subject-matter expert with full mastery of end-to-end APAC TA processes; identify and recommend process improvements and roll out viable automation solutions. - Support and participate in APAC process improvement and automation activities and co-own the promotion of APAC ad hoc initiatives with the Regional Project Manager. - Support the Project Manager in delivering APAC Workday enhancements and testing activities, monitor results, and ensure required follow-up actions are completed on time. - Assist the Project Manager with TA-related transition activities and the full implementation and rollout of projects across the region or designated countries. - Maintain close communication with TA process owners across countries and regions; regularly share regional updates, improvements, lessons learned, and success stories, and adapt proven practices to improve APAC TA operational efficiency. - Regularly share TA experience with process owners across APAC countries and provide backup support to team members. **Requirements** - Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree - 4 years HRIS experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience - HR Shared Services Experience - Experience working in an HR Shared Services environment. - Process Transition Experience - Experience supporting process transitions, including knowledge transfer, implementation, and stabilization. - Process Documentation and Governance - Experience creating, maintaining, reviewing, and improving process documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and operational trackers. - Philippines HR Benefits Processing - Experience in Philippine employee benefits processing and administration. - Talent Acquisition Operations / Process Expertise - Experience in TA admin operations or recruitment support processes - Additional competencies: - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to coordinate activities and follow through on deliverables - Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration - Continuous improvement and automation mindset - Ability to work independently while effectively supporting the Project Manager - Working knowledge of Human Resources-related issues - Skill in using MicroSoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, Access and Visio - Amenable to work on Hybrid set up - Amenable to work on either morning or mid shift ## Skills ### Required - HRIS - Process Transition - Process Documentation - Philippines HR Benefits Processing - Talent Acquisition Operations - Microsoft Office --- Source: [Apply at iqvia.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com](https://iqvia.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/IQVIA/job/Taguig-City-Philippines/Specialist--HR-Shared-Services_R1574064?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply)
