## Description

We are seeking a Technical Agent to ensure and preserve the good condition of our premises, installations, and technical equipment at Soho House Paris.

As a Technical Agent, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, technical installations, layout, air conditioning, fire safety, plumbing, and more.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out various repairs and technical interventions

- Contributing to the general maintenance of equipment, performing checks and current repairs

- Preparing surfaces before painting, applying different layers, and ensuring quality follow-up

- Collaborating with the technical team to maintain installations in good condition and respond to needs

- Maintaining the technical workshop and work area clean and tidy, and cleaning intervention sites

- Performing electrical system maintenance

- Assisting with the installation of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems

- Maintaining heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality

- Carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, ventilation, refrigeration, heating, and plumbing systems

- Inspecting alarm systems and planning maintenance of security installations

- Performing manual repairs

- Mastering the use of cleaning products and other technical products

- Conducting general maintenance campaigns for installations, buildings, and plantations

Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical agent in a hotel establishment

- Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, computer, security, and other systems

- Mastery of equipment maintenance methods

- Knowledge of tools, functioning of common appliances, and technical installations of the building

- Demonstrating manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a team

- Technical diploma

- Electrical certification, SSIAP an advantage
