## Description

Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing handcrafted beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver a personalised and friendly guest experience, ensuring that all customers feel valued and supported

- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, adhering to Starbucks recipes and standards

- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and surrounding spaces

- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently

- Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and manage cash and credit payments

- Maintain knowledge of Starbucks products and promotions, making recommendations to customers and driving sales

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not essential

- Friendly and approachable demeanour, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and work in a dynamic and active environment

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
