As a well-established insurance entity, Hang Seng Bank is seeking a high-caliber professional to oversee and manage risk control processes within the Distribution Department of Hang Seng Insurance.

**Principal Responsibilities:**

- Prepare Management Information (MI) of distribution risks related activities for senior management oversight.

- Conduct ongoing monitoring on MI and identify any exceptions with comprehensive analysis conducted and remedial actions taken if applicable.

- Prepare and coordinate the submission of regulatory reports.

- Conduct due diligence on distribution channels.

**Requirements:**

- Sound knowledge of insurance business, digital distribution and regulations, operational risk management, or other risk management related areas.

- Strong business sense, self-motivated with good communication, logical and positive thinking, interpersonal and analytical skills.

- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective deliverables.
