## Description

We are seeking a Workplace Project Manager to shape and deliver workplaces across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As a Workplace Project Manager at Stripe, you will lead projects that range from targeted improvements to complex fit-outs and major developments.

Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple workplace projects of varying sizes, complexity, and stages, with end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and delivery

- Translate global workplace strategy, design guidelines, and operational standards into locally effective project plans and outcomes

- Establish project governance, including decision rights, stakeholder checkpoints, escalation paths, risk management, and concise reporting

- Lead technical due diligence and evaluate project constraints, delivery options, opportunities, and commercial trade-offs

- Partner with Workplace Design, Space Planning, Workplace Operations, Real Estate, Finance and Strategy, Information Technology and Audio Visual, Security, Legal, and other regional and global teams

- Select and manage external project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, furniture suppliers, and specialist consultants

- Ensure workplace designs function effectively and balance operational integrity with craft, beauty, and thoughtful moments of whimsy

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience directly managing workplace, commercial construction, or office fit-out projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa or multiple international markets

- Knowledge of construction delivery, including building services and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, workplace technology, cost management, procurement, scheduling, and risk management

- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, priorities, and external partners while maintaining a high standard of delivery

- Experience creating alignment across regional and global stakeholders, making informed decisions, challenging assumptions, and incorporating feedback

- Practical artificial intelligence literacy, including the ability to identify appropriate uses, evaluate outputs critically, and use artificial intelligence responsibly to improve the quality or efficiency of your work
