The Porsche Centre Dortmund sells Porsche, one of the most successful sports car brands in the world. Our goal is to continue this success and provide optimal customer service. To strengthen our team, we offer a position as a Service Advisor.

## Responsibilities

- Selling service services, parts, and accessories, and providing customer care and advice

- Conducting direct acceptance and informing customers about work to be carried out on the vehicle

- Handing over repaired vehicles and explaining the work done on the vehicle and the invoice

- Preparing service appointments, including researching the reason for the customer's visit, customer wishes, and potential issues

- Adhering to the Porsche service core process (appointment scheduling, appointment preparation, vehicle acceptance, controlling repair/service in the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, post-preparation of appointments)

- Coordinating service business

- Ensuring a seamless and professional service experience for our customers

- Implementing measures to retain and acquire new customers

## Requirements

- Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an automotive mechatronics engineer or service technician

- Ideally, training as a certified automotive service advisor

- Desirable: after-sales experience and certification as a service assistant

- Pronounced service and service orientation

- Excellent communication skills combined with social competence towards different conversation partners

- Very good manners and a sympathetic, customer-oriented appearance

- High reliability, flexibility, and above-average willingness to work

- Independence, initiative, and excellent organisational skills

- Quick comprehension of complex tasks

- High resilience

- Safe handling of MS-Office

- Driving licence class B
