## Description

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Applied Solutions team in Québec. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role on-site, ensuring the coordination, safety, and quality execution of complex projects in the mining and industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project team and ensure the smooth operation of construction sites. Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures

- Coordinating and directing subcontractors and suppliers

- Supervising construction activities on-site

- Liaising with project managers, consultants, and designers

- Resolving issues that arise on-site

- Providing updates on project progress and trends

Requirements:

- Diploma of college studies (DEC) in civil engineering, mining, or equivalent technical training

- 10 years of experience in a similar site supervision role

- Relevant experience in mining, site rehabilitation, demolition, and/or infrastructure projects

- Valid ASP Construction certification (mandatory)

- Strong leadership, organization, and team management skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Availability to work on-site, rotating shifts, and frequent travel throughout Québec

- Valid driver's license
