## Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in North London, working across estates in Haringey and Enfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and cleaning communal areas, ensuring estates are kept clean and hazard-free with high standards maintained.

Responsibilities include:

- Sweeping, mopping, litter picking, and cleaning bin areas

- Carrying out health and safety checks

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
