Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Leamington Shopping Park. As a frontline role, you'll provide five-star service, recommend products, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities

- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends

Working Conditions:

- Part-time role, potentially working up to full-time hours during peak periods

- Expected to work on 22nd, 23rd, and 24th December

- Under 18s are not eligible due to health and safety legislation
