## Description

The Corporate Account Manager role is an integral part of our B2B team in the UAE, primarily responsible for managing, retaining, and upselling a portfolio of corporate clients.

This role focuses on building relationships with senior corporate stakeholders across mid-market clients, requiring a highly organised and collaborative individual who delivers exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Set up meetings and video calls with corporate points of contact to review spend, pitch new use-cases, and upsell accounts.

- Hit assigned monthly KPIs, including meetings, GOV, and MAUs.

- Provide account support, such as sharing order reports and finding solutions for minor technical issues.

- Utilise Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker, and AI tools to track, report, and present performance and growth strategies.

- Assist with ad hoc tasks, such as attending trade events and marketing activations.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

- 3+ years of B2B account management experience with a demonstrated track record of growing a portfolio.

- Based in Dubai.

- Highly proficient in using Salesforce and Google Sheets/Slides.

- Proactive, quick learner, team player, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
