## Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team at Swiggy, India's leading on-demand delivery platform.

As an Assistant Manager - Finance, you will play a critical role in managing our accounts payable function, preparing MIS dashboards, and leading internal automation projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle accounts payable functions, including accounting of invoices, payments, and reconciliations

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS dashboards for leadership reviews

- Ensure timely and accurate closure of financial books during month-end

- Lead internal automation projects and contribute to ERP implementation

- Identify opportunities for building efficiency in business processes, accounting, and reporting functions

- Review arithmetical ledger reconciliations and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders

- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with key business partners

- Drive statutory audits and internal audits to timely closure

- Mentor team members for future growth

Requirements:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or food tech industry

- Knowledge of leading controls design, validation, and remediation efforts

- Exposure to project implementation of transformation and automation

- Good knowledge of TDS, GST, and accounting compliances as per accounting standards

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

- Good English and Hindi communication skills
