## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Health Product and Proposition to support the development and execution of health customer marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives to drive business growth, customer retention, cross-selling opportunities, and customer acquisition.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate and deliver campaigns across multiple customer segments, execute customer engagement activities, manage campaign communications, and monitor performance outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build and execute customer campaigns for health to drive business growth and customer value

- Drive campaign delivery excellence by project managing health customer campaigns from ideation through execution

- Collaborate across the business with Agency, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Actuarial, and other stakeholders to deliver customer campaigns, business initiatives, and process improvement projects

- Activate distribution and customer engagement by driving campaign awareness and adoption through sales channels and customer touchpoints

- Turn insights into performance by monitoring campaign performance, analyzing customer responses and engagement outcomes, and recommending actions to improve effectiveness and ROI

- Front campaign reporting and presentations by preparing performance reports, business presentations, management updates, and analytical insights

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by continuously enhancing campaign design, customer communications, fulfillment processes, and operational workflows

- Own campaign support and governance by managing campaign enquiries and providing timely support to stakeholders

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in product development, customer engagement, product activation, or customer marketing roles

- Experience in insurance product management and/or managing end-to-end marketing or customer campaigns, particularly within the Agency distribution channel, is a strong advantage

- Good understanding of how insurance products are positioned, sold, and activated

- Strong understanding of customer marketing, campaign management, and customer engagement strategies

- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities

- Good analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data

- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
