## Description

We are seeking a Security Manager to oversee the safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues at Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort, a 5-star hotel located near the famous Angkor Wat monuments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests and colleagues, preventing harm due to unsafe conditions or acts

- Training all colleagues and officers on security and safety aspects, including Emergency Response Plans

- Implementing, developing, and continuing training on Fire/Evacuation Response Plans and outside threat response plans

- Providing education to security officers on existing training programs

- Maintaining Standard Operating and Local Standard Operating Procedures for the Security department

- Training, educating, and orienting Security Officers

- Imparting Accor policies and procedures, as well as the Code of Ethics, to Security Officers

- Participating in Health and Safety meetings and contributing to the improvement and development of the Security Department

- Liaising with government authorities and being familiar with relevant regulations

- Professionally controlling all security shifts

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least 2 years of experience in Security Management

- A diploma or certification in Security programs, Law Enforcement, or a related field

- Fire safety certification

- First aid certification

- Ability to adapt to a multi-national environment

- Occupational Health and Safety certification (highly regarded)

- Proficient English language skills
