## Description

We are looking for a motivated Scrum Master to join our Technology Governance & Delivery Enablement team at S&P Dow Jones Indices. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating technology delivery leveraging agile and lean principles.

Responsibilities:

- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and built-in quality practices.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning.

- Remove impediments, proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and improve team flow using Agile metrics.

- Drive continuous improvement, self-organization, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

- Create a trusted and safe team environment where team members can openly share inputs, surface concerns, and collaborate constructively.

- Represent the team in Scrum-of-Scrums, ART Syncs, Value Stream Syncs, and other cross-team forums.

- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to maintain a healthy backlog.

- Generate and maintain Agile dashboards and metrics that support data-driven decisions, transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- 12–15+ years of industry experience, including 5–6 years as a Scrum Master across product teams.

- Experience working in SAFe, value streams, and Agile Release Trains.

- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills.

- Ability to understand domain-specific and technical discussions.

- Proven ability to improve Agile execution, delivery predictability, quality, and business value.
