## Description

We are seeking a Loss Prevention Coordinator to join our team at Asda House. You will be responsible for understanding the causes of unknown loss within Asda's retail stores and identifying opportunities to make business improvements across our Loss Prevention function.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring projects and initiatives are delivered on time and within agreed timelines

- Escalating risks and issues, and developing plans to manage them

- Managing stakeholder relationships and providing regular reporting to senior stakeholders

- Maintaining Loss Prevention activity for stores and providing insights to improve the business shrink position

- Developing and delivering learning and training to a retail audience and senior business leaders

- Working cross-functionally with the wider Central teams and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong organisational skills

- Effective stakeholder management

- Confident communication skills

- Ability to present data findings in a clear and understandable format

- Passion and understanding of shrink in retail

- Desirable: ability to understand, edit, and write SQL queries
