The Amazon Operations Specialist supports the growth and operational performance of Trove Brands' Amazon US 1P business through data analysis, forecasting, inventory management, and operational execution. This role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing inventory trends, managing purchase order execution, and identifying potential risks and opportunities. Working closely with Amazon Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, you will help ensure accurate ordering, inventory availability, and efficient operations.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze Amazon sales, inventory, forecasting, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and product availability to support accurate replenishment and minimize stockouts.

- Oversee Amazon purchase order execution, tracking orders from creation through fulfillment and delivery.

- Identify and resolve operational issues related to purchase orders, inventory discrepancies, and order processing.

- Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics and operational performance.

- Collaborate with Amazon Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, EDI/Processing, and Finance teams to improve operational efficiency.

- Support forecasting and inventory planning efforts by analyzing historical sales data, demand trends, and inventory performance.

- Monitor Amazon Vendor Central operations and help ensure accurate product, order, and inventory information.

- Proactively identify process improvements and opportunities to streamline workflows and support scalable business growth.

## Required Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, retail analytics, sales operations, supply chain, marketplace operations, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to identify operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and recommend effective solutions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and reporting platforms quickly.

## Desired Qualifications:

- Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central or Amazon 1P operations.

- Previous experience supporting Amazon sales, inventory management, forecasting, or purchase order processes.

- Experience in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments.

- Background in retail analytics, sales planning, or supply chain operations supporting major retailers such as Walmart or Target.

- Familiarity with EDI processes, inventory management systems, or retail replenishment operations.

- Experience developing reports, dashboards, or performance tracking tools to support business decisions.
