## Description

We are seeking a scientific assistant to support our Corporate Law / M&A team at our Düsseldorf office.

As a scientific assistant, you will work on national and international M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

Key areas of focus:

- National and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and transactions in regulated markets

- Corporate restructuring and development of group structures

- Advisory services for boards of directors on strategic decisions and complex corporate governance issues

- Advice on shareholder meetings and defence against shareholder claims

Requirements:

- Excellent academic performance in law

- Strong understanding of economic principles
