As a Sr. Analyst, Banca Channel Application, you will design, develop, and maintain Banca channel related systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Development & Architecture (50%):

- Design systems architecture flow for project business processes

- Implement new features and functions

- Design architecture for new systems

- Collaborate with other teams for guidance

- Technical & Project Support (30%):

- Analyse business requirements and estimate costs

- Review business requirements and function designs

- Guide junior developers and vendors

- Maintain and enhance production systems

- Project Delivery (20%):

- Lead and participate in Banca channel app projects

- Manage project scoping, development, testing, implementation, and user training

- Deliver project documentation

**Requirements:**

- Education: University Bachelor degree or above

- Language: Fluent English and Mandarin

- Experience: 5+ years of Java backend development experience

- Technical skills:

- Proficient in Spring Framework and MyBatis

- Strong expertise in microservices and MySQL

- Experience with enterprise-level system performance enhancement and high availability improvement

- Personal skills: problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and creativity
