We are looking for a Project Manager in Electrical Engineering at Vattenfall Next Energy Nord GmbH in Elmshorn, Schleswig-Holstein.

Your tasks:

- Site planning and organisation: You plan and coordinate construction projects efficiently and ensure timely implementation.

- Technical elaboration: You create and review technical plans and develop innovative solutions for energy and building technical systems.

- Team leadership and site supervision: You lead and coordinate teams at various locations and monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Customer communication and project support: You are a professional contact person for our customers, develop tailored solutions, and accompany them throughout the project.

- Individual focus areas: We decide together which of these tasks will be your main responsibility, based on your strengths and interests.

Qualifications:

- Completed training or studies in electrical engineering (e.g., electrical engineer, technician, engineer)

- Several years of experience in project management or technical planning of electrical engineering systems

- Safe handling of technical drawings, planning tools, and relevant standards

- Knowledge of tendering, calculation, and budget control is advantageous

- Organisational talent with high self-responsibility and structured working method

- Leadership competence and team orientation – you lead, motivate, and coordinate employees sovereignly

- Communication strength and customer orientation – you convince through clear, binding communication

- Solution-oriented, analytical thinking and joy in technically demanding tasks

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ideally project management tools

- Driving licence class B
