## Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Program and Construction Management Team in Central Florida. As part of our team, you will be involved in high-profile and alternative delivery transportation-market projects throughout Central Florida, leading a large CEI team and managing complex transportation projects.

Responsibilities include:

- Participating as a member of the Consultant Construction Engineering and Inspection (CCEI) contract team

- Directing a highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection project/program

- Planning and organizing the work of subordinate and staff members; developing and/or reviewing project specific policies, methods, practices, and procedures

- Reviewing programs for conformance with Client standards

- Identifying and pursuing future opportunities

- Developing and maintaining an excellent professional relationship with those organisations to facilitate both the successful completion of current ongoing projects and the successful pursuit of follow-on assignments

- Exercising responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhering to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

- Performing additional responsibilities as required by business needs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

- State of Florida Registered Professional Engineer

- 12 years of CEI Construction Management experience

- Valid Driver’s License

- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

Certifications (must have or achieve within 3 months):

- CTQP Quality Control Manager (Pass Exam)

- FDOT Advanced MOT #LI-JR1
