## Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineer - Telecom / ICT to undertake telecommunications systems design and engineering activities within our group. You will lead a team for projects independently, analyse project requirements, and provide input to the project manager. You will also provide technical support and assistance.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and assure telecommunications systems design

- Deliver telecommunications systems projects and lead project teams

- Provide technical support and assistance

- Contribute to telecommunications systems engineering input to multi-disciplinary engineering projects

- Coordinate with other disciplines

- Produce reports, schedules, drawings, and technical schematics

- Verify design against customer requirements and standards

- Attend internal and external coordination meetings

- Undertake design reviews

- Prepare deliverables and manage resources

- Lead large-scale telecommunications projects

- Estimate effort required by different types of resources

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior designers and engineers

- Delegate tasks effectively

- Review and approve design documents

Requirements:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, Electrical or related discipline

- 5-10 years of experience in telecommunications systems design

- Strong understanding of cabling standards and best practices

- Experience in various project phases

- Knowledge of fundamental engineering and communication systems standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
