We are seeking a Client Success Analyst to ensure client satisfaction and success using our accounting software.

**Job Summary** As a Client Success Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact between clients and Thomson Reuters, providing support, guidance, and personalized solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Maintain close contact with clients

- Monitor client performance and product usage

- Promote adoption of new product features

- Organize client schedules

- Record all client interactions

- Provide clear communication and regular feedback to management

**Required Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting Sciences, Computer Engineering, or related fields

- Valid driver's license

- Experience in client service

- Negotiation and sales skills

- Preferably living in Rio Grande do Sul, Porto Alegre, or surrounding areas
