## Description

We are seeking a Senior BIM Engineer - MEP to join our team in Noida, India.

As a Senior BIM Engineer - MEP, you will work under the direction of the ME project lead to develop, modify, and review models and drawings, ensuring the incorporation of design intent. Your duties may include developing and implementing project design concepts, project modelling, creating sketches, conducting research and data collection, preparing presentations and reports, and producing coordinated design and construction documents, including specifications.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop, modify, and review models and drawings

- Implement project design concepts and create project models

- Conduct research and data collection, prepare presentations and reports

- Produce coordinated design and construction documents

- Interact with internal and external consultants, present ideas clearly and persuasively

- Prepare, manage, and modify architectural documents

- Develop solutions to technical and design problems

- Assist in the development of project scope, plans, and services

- Prepare 2D and 3D presentations, models, design drawings, and renderings

- Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects

Requirements:

- Qualified Architect with a 5-year degree from a reputable institute in India

- Experience working on Data centre, Rail, Aviation, Mixed-Use projects

- Proficiency in Revit and common data environment / ACC

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Experience in managing and delivering Tender and Construction Stage works packages
