We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS, including implementing and automating security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation. You will also define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on AWS, implement systems that are highly available, scalable, and self-healing on the AWS platform, and design, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS

- Implement and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation

- Define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on AWS

- Implement systems that are highly available, scalable, and self-healing on the AWS platform

- Design, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational processes

Requirements:

- Familiar with a couple of different languages, and well-versed in at least one

- Use the latest cloud technologies, processes, and tools to deliver frequently, safely, and efficiently

- Keen to collaborate with others, and you'll give thought about how software fits into the bigger picture

- Experienced in Continuous Delivery practices and how they affect product quality and delivery

- Experienced with a range of agile practices and understand how and why they work

- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

- We promote a DevOps culture so you will need to look beyond pure programming and get involved with the deployment and operation of the software we build.

- Be able to demonstrate you can manage, lead, motivate, mentor, and coach teams of Engineers

- Have strong experience building highly productive teams of technically talented engineers
