**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of scientific and clinical strategies to advance key projects.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and effective decision making.

- Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams on scientific, technical, and regulatory matters.

- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new approaches and improved methodologies.

**Basic Qualifications & Skills:**

- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant scientific, technical, or clinical discipline.

- Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Proven ability to lead complex scientific or clinical projects with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, combining on-site presence in the United Kingdom and remote work.
