## Description

We are seeking an intern to join our team in Organisation Development, Resources, E-Strategy & E-Communication at our Weissach location.

As part of our team, you will work on strategically relevant tasks for the development department in areas such as organisational development, resources, strategy, and communication. Your goal will be to promote networking and strategic alignment of vehicle development.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing organisational and content support for management committees

- Supporting project leaders

- Preparing, conducting, and documenting workshops

The internship will begin in April 2027 and last for 5-6 months.

To be considered, you should:

- Be studying business sciences, engineering, or a related field

- Be in the second half of your bachelor's or master's studies

- Have initial practical experience in the automotive or consulting industry in project management

- Possess strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

- Have a high affinity for automobiles and digitalisation

- Be fluent in German and English (at least B2 level)

- Be proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
