Join Neo Financial to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. As a District Sales Manager, you will lead a team of up to six Store Managers across a designated district, focusing on profitability, sales growth, and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Drive district profitability and achieve key performance indicators

- Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and implement performance management practices

- Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers

- Lead sales training initiatives and ensure operational excellence

- Analyze performance trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement

- Manage your own schedule and travel between mall locations within the district

**Requirements:**

- 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably in door-to-door, mobile sales, credit card, or financial product sales

- 7+ years of proven management and leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams of 10 or more individuals

- High level of training and coaching proficiency, with over 7+ years of experience developing and delivering effective sales training programs

- Strong understanding of data analysis and ability to interpret data dashboards

- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
