## Description

We are seeking a TechLead / Product Owner Software to join our team at AVL DiTEST GmbH in Graz, Austria.

As a TechLead / Product Owner Software, you will be responsible for the technical and specialist leadership of our DSS software platform's strategic further development.

Your mission:

- You will define the product vision, roadmap, and technological strategy together with stakeholders.

- You will plan and implement software projects from idea to successful completion.

- You will drive topics such as platform independence, modern software architectures, mobile applications, and AI-based solutions.

- You will work closely with customers, service, sales, and support teams to understand application cases and processes.

- You will ensure that technological innovations and new functionalities guarantee high quality, stability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- A sound technical education (university of applied sciences or university) in computer science, information and computer engineering, software engineering, telematics, or a comparable field.

- You are enthusiastic about professional and high-quality software development and have high expectations for sustainable solutions.

- You have developed software yourself and have a sound understanding of modern software architectures, technologies, and development processes.

- Experience in a technical leadership role, such as Tech Lead, Product Owner, software architect, or project leader, and you implement these in a structured and goal-oriented manner.

- You have a proactive personality, high communication skills, and implement changes in a goal-oriented and sustainable way.

The minimum salary for this position is €62,896.12 gross per year according to the collective agreement of the vehicle industry.
