## Description

The Vice President , Account Management, Travel & Commerce (Asia Pacific) will lead strategic customer relationships across Asia Pacific, focusing on online travel, digital commerce, and B2B payments.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy and commercial direction for a portfolio of strategic online travel and digital commerce customers across Asia Pacific

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders

- Identify and lead new business opportunities

- Lead and develop a team of senior account management professionals

- Partner with internal teams to develop solutions and commercial propositions aligned with customer needs

- Apply business case modelling, performance data, and commercial insights to inform decisions

- Navigate complex cross-functional and multi-market environments

- Monitor portfolio performance against agreed commercial objectives

- Represent the customer perspective internally

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of the payments and card ecosystem

- Proven track record of owning and growing complex customer relationships

- Demonstrated success in business development and strategic account management

- Established people leader with experience developing senior talent

- Commercial acumen and judgement to structure business cases and lead complex negotiations

- Credibility and executive presence to build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders

- A strong growth mindset, combining strategic account development with the ability to identify new business opportunities
