## Description

The Regional IT Infrastructure Lead will act as the key liaison between the IT Infrastructure team and local business stakeholders to support continued business growth. The role involves maintaining the operation of all warehouse and branch office IT Infrastructure for Red Bull within the regions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external business stakeholders

- Act as the key liaison between the IT Infrastructure team and local teams for IT infrastructure projects and support

- Manage IT Infrastructure projects within the regions, including new office builds, relocations, remodels, infrastructure deployments, and others required by the business

- Collaborate with project management, network operations partners, and network service owner teams

- Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure Operation of warehouses and office locations

- Visit every location in the region at least twice a year or as often as necessary to support active work, business priorities, or infrastructure maintenance requirements

- Act as an escalation point for operations partners, service desk, and other members of the IT Infrastructure team

- Manage the regional IT Infrastructure budget and ensure financial goals are met

- Identify opportunities for improvement, lead initiatives, and execute

- Ensure all documentation and monitoring tools are up to date

- Translate business needs into solutions while meeting budgetary and timeline requirements

- Oversee lifecycle management and capacity planning of IT hardware and services

**Requirements:**

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience supporting IT Infrastructure

- Understanding of enterprise-level network and collaboration concepts

- Working knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, CCTV, etc.

- Working knowledge of low voltage/structured cabling technologies and concepts

- Excellent documentation and project management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (or related field), or equivalent work experience
