Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Weston Lock Bath Foodhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products, showcasing your product knowledge

This is a seasonal, part-time role, available from November to December, with varying work patterns, including potential full-time hours during peak periods.
