## Description

Weee! is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor II to oversee daily warehouse operations in Hodgkins, IL. The successful candidate will supervise staff, manage and track product inventory, tools, and equipment maintenance, and implement efficient methods.

Responsibilities:

- Report to Warehouse Manager and maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations

- Supervise and direct warehouse staff with a focus on worker safety

- Determine staffing levels and assign workload

- Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols

- Conduct physical counts and reconcile with data storage system

- Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related tasks

- Perform daily inspections of warehouse grounds

- Implement 5's discipline on the floor

- Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

- Comply with federal, state, and local warehouse regulations

- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents

- Document and update inventory levels

- Maintain physical condition of the warehouse

- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget and analyzing variances

- Schedule and assign warehouse employee work hours

- Recruit, orient, and train new warehouse employees

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of warehouse experience

- At least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience

- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- High School diploma or higher degree

Work Schedule:

- 2nd shift starts at 3 pm CST, 5 days a week onsite in Hodgkins, IL
