## Description

The Financial Services practice at S&P Global Ratings delivers forward-looking credit insights on banks, insurers, and other financial institutions.

You will guide and coach Research Assistants and Rating Analysts in credit analysis, data discipline, and analytical tooling; create reusable assets and propose automation improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned financial institutions

- Preparing and reviewing analytical inputs and key outputs

- Translating complex data and analysis into clear, client-ready narratives

- Ensuring adherence to methodology, confidentiality, and data governance

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong credit, financial, and risk analysis skills

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Practical experience embedding AI, large language models, or automation agents into analytical workflows

- High standards for analytical quality, traceability, and governance
