## Description

Bedborough House in Radstock, Somerset, is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join their team.

The house provides residential support for seven autistic males and females, and people with learning disabilities, offering person-centred support to promote independence, daily living skills, and access to the community.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to the wellbeing of residents. You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed, and help facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.
