As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of a team that understands the target audience of Red Bull and is responsible for maintaining the brand image and product understanding within the campus and region. Your task will be to reach new consumers, stimulate interest among university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campus. This involves direct contact with consumers and customers, creating opportunities for product sampling, and ensuring consumers have an unforgettable experience with the brand during Red Bull events. As a Student Marketeer, you will be flexible and enjoy working in a creative atmosphere. Responsibilities: - Be an ambassador for the brand and product Represent the brand in a premium manner through daily interactions with consumers and customers. Develop user base by creating positive opportunities for product sampling, building brand awareness, and sampling products in the right place and time while providing competent answers to consumer questions. Create and implement an innovative, tailored plan for the academic campus that engages students and brings the brand to life on campus. Build a strong network of contacts, establish and maintain relationships with key individuals in the area. Maintain brand engagement on social media through authentic content. Work at Red Bull events and supported events to ensure consumers have an unforgettable experience with the brand. - Be an expert in sales Establish relationships with local sales teams and ensure Red Bull's visibility in retail outlets. Collaborate with the sales department to open new Red Bull distribution points on campus and beyond. Promote and utilize relevant Red Bull materials to maintain Red Bull's top position in retail outlets. Ensure perfect compliance with established retail standards. - Perfection in task execution Demonstrate perfection in task execution and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face meetings and online communication.
