Join our team at the Aviva Auto Services Centre, a state-of-the-art repair shop that transforms the customer experience. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our Laval repair shop, embodying our values of kindness, commitment, community, and trust.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing vehicle repairs, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.

Responsibilities:

- Prioritize tasks to ensure high customer satisfaction

- Communicate with customers regarding repair status

- Recover excess payments accurately and within deadlines

- Respond to customer inquiries professionally

- Support continuous improvement

- Handle vehicles safely and courteously

- Make decisions that positively impact the workshop and customers

- Encourage Aviva Auto Services Centre values

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education

- Valid driver's license

- Experience in collision repair

- Knowledge of collision repair and insurance principles an asset

- Familiarity with preventative maintenance, refurbishment, and vehicle repair practices

- Adaptability and proactive approach to new practices and technologies

- Ability to use body shop management systems

- Strong customer service experience and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

- French language proficiency required

- Intermediate advanced English language proficiency required
